Order
Entry
The
Order Entry System provides step by step controls of orders
from entry, through production, to shipping and billing.
Flexibility is a key ingredient in the system. Order information
can easily be changed or adjusted until the order is billed.
Immediate results are evident from the start as jobs are
tracked through invoicing with up to the minute status based
on actual production. The system will also update inventory
for orders to be placed into stock or shipped out of stock.
Some Features Are:

Automatic order numbering or manual input of order numbers.
- Order
entry, tracking and invoicing functions operate with or
without using job cost programs. This gives you quick
actual computer usage and early results from your investment.
- Extensive
shipment commentary possible for packing lists and/or
invoices.
- Price
files for standard prices or special pricing for customers.
- Jobs
can be built for stock, or shipped from stock.
